Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us with photos of the damaged product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
