Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Turkey) Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

International Shipping Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment status.
